This sounds like the old-school trance from the early 90's. I like this track quite a bit, gonna download it right after I write this. Before the vox come in, that synth with the swell on it throws the tempo a little, if it was just set a little bit earlier, like half a beat, it'd keep up a little better. Nice song though, I like it.
